How to find your PIN and security code
1) Log into Amadeus Cytric
2) Click your name in top right corner
3) Select “My User Profile”
4) Select “Mobile”
5) Follow the instructions to download the app
6) Click “Unmask Cytric PIN and security code”
7) Open the app and insert your PIN and security code

How to forward PIN and security for travellers (travel arrangers only)
1) Log into Amadeus Cytric
2) On the Travel Arranger Dashboard find the traveller in the calendar view
3) Click the travellers name
4) Click “Send the PIN to the traveller”
5) E-mail of the traveller will receive an e-mail with the PIN + security code

What is NDC?
NDC (New Distribution Capability) is a newer and more flexible technology that allows airlines to offer more dynamic pricing and enhanced optional services. At the same time, it enables them to avoid fees associated with traditional global distribution systems – a key reason why many airlines now offer lower fares through NDC.

At VR Travel, we have activated NDC technology for selected airlines and are continuously expanding its availability to ensure you get access to the best possible prices.

Please note the following:
– NDC tickets cannot be placed on hold.
– Not all airlines fully support changes and cancellations through NDC yet.
– In the system, NDC fares are marked with “NDC” on the Select Price page. If you know the reservation needs to be placed on hold, we recommend choosing a fare without this label.
