How to find your PIN and security code
1) Log into Amadeus Cytric using a browser
2) Click your name in top right corner
3) Select “My User Profile” or “Min brugerprofil”
4) Select “Mobile” or “Mobil”
5) Follow the instructions to download the app
6) Click “Unmask Cytric PIN and security code” eller “Vis Cytric PIN og Sikkerhedskode”
7) Open the Cytric Mobile app on a mobile device and insert your PIN and security code

How to forward PIN and security for travellers (travel arrangers only)
1) Log into Amadeus Cytric using a browser
2) On the Travel Arranger Dashboard find the traveller in the calendar view
3) Click the travellers name
4) Click “Send the PIN to the traveller”
5) An e-mail with the PIN + security code will be sent to the e-mail of the traveller.
